ESTILOS DIFERENTES DE TOCAREM AS MÚSICAS

No grupo THE VENTURES, poderá apreciar dois estilos diferentes de tocarem as músicas (picking and left hand style) pelos guitarristas solo: O GERRY MCGEE, tocando com a sua Fender Stratocaster. Nascido em Louisiana, tem influência de blues e cajun. O pai dele Dennis (Denus) McGee foi um famoso músico e violinista da "cajun music" e um dos pioneiros neste estilo. Enquanto que o NOKIE EDWARDS, nascido em Oklahoma, tem influência de "country music". Já tocou com o legendário Buck Owens como guitarrista no início da carreira. Tem como ídolo o Chet Atkins e Les Paul. E tocando com a sua própria guitarra personalizada HitchHiker.
