The musical theme for the opening of the Batman series, starring Adam West and Burt Ward of Twentieth Century Fox, which aired on television in the years 1966 to 1968, was created by Neal Hefti. At the time, more than 20 versions of this song were recorded, including the author himself. The Marketts 'version reached number 17 on the U.S. Billboard charts. And the producer was Warner Brothers' Dick Glasser, who in the years 1964 to 1965 was a Ventures producer.
This Ventures version of the March 1966 "Batman Theme" album contains the sound of bat wings flapping and the producer was Joe Saraceno and ran for 21 weeks on Billboard.
